Nakshatra

Nakshatra literally means that the one which can never be destroyed. In our solar system (heliocentric model), the sun is believed the central point. But, from the perspective of astrology in geocentric model, earth is considered to be the central point. There are seven planets and two shadow planets in astrology. Beyond it, there are twelve zodiac signs. And the group of stars forming recognisable pattern clearly visible from the earth in the night sky, which can be seen different from each other, are known as Nakshatras (constellation). There are 27 nakshatras which forms the path of sun’s movement throughout a year. Nakshatras are like signature of the god proving the existence of Almighty. And has a lot importance in astrology. Nakshatras have been the witness of all the happenings of the past since the beginning of this world and as its name suggests they will be always there forever.
