Why children look joyful?

Why children look joyful? Even you as a child were a blissful person. What has changed in you? In childhood, you knew less so you were more conscious. Because you were conscious, you were more involved with yourself. Once you grow up, you gather knowledge. Now you have answers for everything. You don’t fear things that you were afraid of in childhood. You were conscious in a simple process like walking, but now you learned running and you can do it effortlessly, so you are less conscious. Now you have logical explanation to everything. Now you are prejudiced towards everything. In childhood there was only ‘play’, but now you play games. ‘The player’ and ‘the games’ have entered. Now you take things for granted and not conscious towards everything. And once the consciousness has gone, you become less sensitive, less receptive, less alive.

So, what should I do? should I behave like a child to be joyful again?

No, but just be conscious of what activities you are doing, doesn’t matter how significant or simple that activity is. That should be enough to bring that blissfulness back to you.
